THEN on the same day,,,
another customer of SBPH received flowers
and she told her mum she loveeeed the flowers
so her mum was very happy and so
her grandma saw it as well and decided to order another arrangement from our florist ~
Another time, a customer rang in and asked when we close down
& we said we would wait for him
& when he came, he gave us $10 extra,
he: thanks for waiting for me, really appreciate it *takes out $10 more*
I like it when customers call or come to florist to find us
just to let you know they think you did a great job
makes work so much more rewarding . ^_^
